Our Power & Energy business has an opportunity for an experienced Zero Harm Advisor to join an exciting established project in Roma, Queensland . Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the project and deliver expert health & safety advice and undertake safety observations, toolbox and pre-start talks, risk assessments, reporting and practical support to the business.
Hold a qualification in Work, Health and Safety, with a QSA auditor certificate and/or training & assessment qualifications would be highly advantageous
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement Zero Harm policies, procedures and improvement plans, ensure compliance and complete incident investigations (ICAM or Tap Root)
A strategic approach to safety with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders and working with them to help in achieving both project and corporate objectives
A self-starter who is motivated, resilient and passionate about Zero Harm and able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation
Previous experience in FIFO on construction or heavy industrial projects in Oil & Gas across SMP and E&I scopes
FIFO opportunity on a full-time project term contract, approximate duration 2 years
