Works Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Works Supervisor to lead and motivate our road maintenance team at Norlane. You will work with the Team Leader to develop internal works delivery strategy, establish required contracts, finance monitoring and associated business changes to meet the delivery needs. Highly developed leadership and communication skills is a must for the right candidate. The standard hours for this position are 7.30am to 4.00pm. The Works Supervisor must be prepared at times to work overtime outside these hours, work away from home for periods of time and also attend after hours call outs.

SprayLine Road Services is an internal delivery team within the Department of Transport providing road maintenance services, construction and associated civil works, bituminous spray sealing and line marking to DoT, other state road authorities, municipal councils, and private industry. SprayLine Road Services delivers services locally within the communities and are committed to ensuring quality, innovative and sustainable outcomes.
