Description:
As the Workday Reporting Lead you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering the reporting workstream for Bolton Clark’s HRIS Implementation rollout. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders you will strive to facilitate the implementation of best practices.
Key activities:
- With a hands on approach, contribute to the functional configuration and build of the HRIS system that supports the ongoing operation of the HRIS (Workday)
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs and map data points, considering current and emerging business requirements in line with the organisations rules, policies and legislation
- Driven by opportunities for improvement, identify gaps or risks and conduct analysis to provide meaningful insights
- Owning a particular workstream; (Recruitment, HCM, Absenteeism, Remuneration and Benefits, Security and Reporting) you will lead and coordinate project activities in the designated workstream
- Collaborate with Change management team to contribute to the effective management of functional change
- Work closely with the Test Lead to provide quality management, develop test cases and scenarios, and facilitate testing of the solution in the relevant workstreams.
- Engage the Technical, Integration and Data migration team to provide input, review feedback and assist with analysis of the future state functional design decisions.
