Wintel Engineers

Description:

One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Wintel Engineer to ensure their essential networks are secure and reliable. You will also uplift Essential Eight maturity and remediate other vulnerabilities. The role can be based from Canberra or Sydney with a work from home options available. The successful Wintel Engineer will be offered a 12-month contract partnered with 2 X 12-month extensions.

The successful Wintel Engineer will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated Wintel administration and implementation experience
• Experience working with a security focus on enterprise software and systems such as Active Directory, Windows or Linux systems
• Experience implementing one or many Essential Eight mitigation strategies or vulnerability scanning systems
• Experience working with cloud systems such as AWS, Azure or Office 365
