Description:
Protech Group is looking for WHS Business Partner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring clients are onboarded in line with our pre-mobilisation OHS requirements
- Regular site visits to ensure we are collaborating with our clients on employee OHS requirements
- Provide support in cases of onsite incidents and liaise with our injury management team
- The go-to person for internal team members when they need OHS assistance.
- Manage and administer Protech safety systems
- Drive a safety focused culture across our clients’ work sites
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with our OHS policies and procedures.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures
- Execute best practice and stay up to speed with OHS legislation.
- Where required, support our injury management team with certain return to work aspects of our labour hire employees.
Skills and Experiences:
Our ideal candidate for this role will have;
- Minimum Certificate IV in OHS (Diploma preferred)
- Experience in a similar role with a labour hire, construction, or mining company
- Be able carry out daily site visits
- Be able to obtain to a clear National Police Clearance
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen
