Why Your Role Matters:

The Future Student Recruitment team has been established to strengthen marketing efforts, ensuring UNSW is the premier destination in the state for local students and the premier destination in the country for internationals.

The Web Producer is responsible for optimising performance of our web environment, through maximising lead generation and enrolment conversion for Future Students in support of achieving international or local enrolment targets.

Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate comes with well-established experience in web authoring, content management systems (CMS) and reporting on web insights. They are a true creative, coming with fresh ideas and a passion for UX/ UI design. They will be a skilled communicator, have strong attention to detail, able to work efficiently both individually and in team settings and able to liaise with a range stakeholders.

Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud, specifically Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign products is highly desired but not essential.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience.
  • Advanced level of computer literacy with experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud, specifically Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign products, excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, ability to use databases to capture and maintain stakeholder information (e.g. CRM).
  • Understanding and experience with the application of UX design best practices, and an interest in UI design.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of digital marketing / ecommerce, with an understanding of sales funnels and activation. Experience in student recruitment will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to engage people of all ages, including those from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of students, staff and external stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training
