My client are a rapidly growing food manufacturer based near Cockburn, they have exciting plans of growth over the next few years and are now looking for a Warehouse Manager with a strong Food/FMCG background.

The right candidate with have excellent communication skills and will be used to working with customers, suppliers and all other areas of the business.

The Role:
 

• Implement and follow warehouse processes and use continuous improvement techniques
• Develop strong, positive relationships with all other areas of the business as well as customers and suppliers
• Develop, coach and mentor the warehouse team
   

The Candidate:
 

• Possess a working knowledge of warehouse management systems including sales order processing
• Strong background in Warehouse management
• Possess proven leadership skills in a warehouse environment
• Experience working in a FMCG food environment and understand Lean Manufacturing
