Warehouse Coordinator

Nakedvice is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our distribution centre in Abbotsford, Melbourne.

The role will see you working full-time (Monday to Friday) reporting to the Operations Manager. 

Your responsibilities will include supporting the supply chain for Nakedvice by managing communication between all Nakedvice departments and external providers to ensure in-bound and out-bound stock is coordinated with accuracy and integrity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• General warehouse duties (receive and dispatch stock, load and unload deliveries, pick and pack online orders, data entry and conduct analytics). 
• Proactively seek opportunities to continually improve the Nakedvice supply chain (reduce freight and logistics costs, improve service and increase efficiency). 
• Take prompt action to resolve logistics problems and challenges.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. 
• Conduct regular stock takes. 
• Ensure our supply chain is adequate to support future growth plans for Nakedvice both locally and overseas. 
• Provide support to all Nakedvice departments and assist the team where required.

To be successful in your application, you must have the following experience:

• Stock management (picking and packing orders, counting and sorting stock, stacking and unpacking boxes, labelling product, RF scanning).
• Working in a warehouse / stockroom environment.
• Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vans.
• Handling apparel, bags and footwear.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
• 1+ years experience working as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
