Warehouse Assistant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced 3D motion graphics designer with strong technical and IT skills to join our creative content department in our Sydney headquarters. As a pivotal member of our design team, this important dual role will combine the creativity of motion graphics design with the practical application of technical pipeline management and content rendering.

Although suitable skill sets are key to the role, projection mapping is a unique discipline and therefore experience in this specific field is not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality 2D and 3D assets and animation in line with creative briefs.
• Plan and implement software and hardware solutions that meet the technical requirements of specific projects, ensuring the creative team have the tools they need to work efficiently.
• Collaboration with our technical production team to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows and optimised project outcomes, including configuring and managing render farms.
• Keep up-to-date with current and emerging technology and techniques; identify and report improvements or new procedures to enhance creative output and/or workflow efficiency
• From time to time and as directed, assist in the management of other team members and/or help train and mentor new staff.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and creating advanced motion graphics, including complex 3D modelling/UV texturing.
• Solid understanding of all facets of media production techniques and pipeline management, including large-scale rendering techniques and optimisation, delivery and output formats, etc.
