The opportunity
At MYOB, customers drive our world! That’s why we’re looking for someone who will bring a strong operational approach to representing the Voice of Customers (VoC) and will passionately drive customer-focussed, decision-making across the business.
This newly created role will be the VoC subject matter expert and will work with key decision makers and stakeholders to continually evolve and optimise VoC programs, recommending innovative direction and new best practices.
