The opportunity
At MYOB, customers drive our world! That’s why we’re looking for someone who will bring a strong operational approach to representing the Voice of Customers (VoC) and will passionately drive customer-focussed, decision-making across the business.

This newly created role will be the VoC subject matter expert and will work with key decision makers and stakeholders to continually evolve and optimise VoC programs, recommending innovative direction and new best practices.

The role
Your day to day will involve:

  • Developing, implementing, and improving the systems, processes and frameworks for the delivery of MYOB’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program.
  • Reviewing, analysing & synthesising customer feedback into key themes, trends & practical insights
  • Maintaining key relationships and working in partnership to bring the VoC into all levels of decision-making and customer interactions.
  • Preparing, sharing and communicating high quality reports
  • Orchestrate action and improvement plans to act on the VoC insights

What you will bring

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • A customer centric approach with a passion for representing the customer
  • Preferred experience with top CX survey Platform (Qualtrics, Medallia, Maritz, Confirmit or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within defined timeframes
  • A strong desire for continuous improvement
