We are looking for a mid to senior Visual Designer / UI Designer looking to move to the next level. You will be working with an amazing team to create and work with a visual language for both the product, brand and project assets. You will undertake new challenges to progress your skills working across an array of clients.

Strong branding experience, cutting edge design across (web and mobile) and a sound grounding in effective visual communication are key to the role.

The role
You will be working as a team closely with the Product/ Design Director and Design Lead. Develop skills to communicate and contribute to content, concepts, audience, messaging/positioning, experiences, context, and the final product/service.

• A contracted Visual Designer Position
• Produce engaging and memorable brand collateral for a leading design consultancy in for a variety of mediums and platforms, including marketing, social media, video and brand
• Development of brand identity, and build out a cohesive brand toolkit and catalogue
• Collaborate with the Product & Design team to support the creation of user-centric designs
• Build graphics, identity systems and brands for video and audio content across wide categories
• Manage incoming creative requests and manage projects and processes as needed
• Incorporate insights and analytics into the development of creative best practices
• You will be part of the founding team to help grow and accelerate this new design division

The Person

• Comprehensive understanding of relevant digital design tools (including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision).
• Proven experience building and implementing brand identity guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead a creative process in collaboration creative criticism
• A degree (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Collaborative, positive, proactive and authoritative, exceptional ability to manage ambiguity
• Looking for a Mid Level design or Senior Visual Designer
