Key Responsibilities Include
 

  • Understanding and commitment to the school's Christian ethos, values, and mission
  • Demonstrate knowledge, competence and confidence in the relevant subject discipline
  • Plan and deliver lessons based on curriculum standards and educational objectives
  • Create engaging and effective instructional materials and resources
  • Modifying teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to teacher professional development
  • Attend briefing sessions, general staff meetings, Faculty and House meetings as required
     

Requirements
 

  • Current NESA accreditation to teach in NSW & current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Have a passion for teaching the relevant subject area(s) and relevant teaching experience
  • Have recognised Tertiary Educational Qualifications
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
