What you’ll do
Your role will be responsible for experience management and performance of a portfolio of our most valuable customers primarily focused around phone-based and digital engagement. This includes optimising the acquisition and onboarding experiences for these customers, as well as ongoing retention and support. This role requires availability seven days a week, on a 7am-11pm rotating roster.
