We believe we’re in a digital revolution and video is leading the charge. We’ve been creating video content as an agency for the past 13 years and are wanting an Intern to join the team.

We want you to help us Feed The Content Beast. We’re a boutique full service agency in Richmond with a team of creative genius’ and multi-talented hybrids working toward one goal - create amazing shit for amazing clients with no compromise on service.

This internship is for 2-3 days a week with the potential for growth into a role. It's open to anyone who is a budding editor, videographer, content creator or all of the above. Some more things you’ll work on:

• Filming and editing creative content pieces for our huge variety of clients
• Creating social-first content. Content that is built to work on social platforms and land with target markets on all platforms
• Develop concepts from start to finish for content across social media, websites, digital ads, billboards, TVC’s, podcasts and everything in between
• Film, edit and deliver podcasts both audio and video for some exciting podcast projects
• Work alongside our internal design, photography and social media teams to produce high level content
• Film and edit in different styles to match clients, placements and outcomes

Our clients are a mix of anything from fashion to fitness to beer (beer good) and we want someone who is excited about working across all types of business’ and industries.

Some skills that will get us excited:

• Premiere Pro, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite programs are your jam
• Understand your way around different types of cameras (DSLR’s, Blackmagic etc)
• Get video production from start to finish
• Have a knack for knowing social content and what lands on different platforms
• Studied or are currently studying Film in some capacity
• Love editing and get creative with it
• The desire and willingness to want to become the next full time video and editing producer for Head On.
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL (yep we went all caps on this if you catch our drift)
• Ability to take direction, feedback and criticism (internally and from clients)
• A love and passion for video production in all different forms.
