Used Parts Salesperson

Komcat is a family owned and operated business located in Wundowie. We are used mining, earthmoving parts and equipment business, where we dismantle machinery and sell to both national and international customers.

We are currently seeking a used parts salesperson for our business.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for all queries relating to used machinery spare parts. By providing exceptional customer service you will interpret and identify the appropriate parts required and despatch them on time.

In this roll you will also be responsible for:

• Promoting and sell parts to meet customer needs
• Provide advice and recommendations
• Sourcing parts for our own stock
• Building the stock inventory library
• Controlling the repair of used parts
• Timely supply of parts and contact with customer
• Pricing of used parts

The successful applicants will :

• Be experienced in parts interpreting of earthmoving equipment or have a solid understanding of earthmoving machinery
• Have experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr , Hitachi machines (advantageous)
• Display great customer service
• Work well in a team environment
• Be willing to go the extra mile
