The Manager, Portfolio Governance is a senior role in the newly-created University Portfolio Management Office (UPMO) and is responsible for embedding a university-wide approach to portfolio and program governance. The Manager, Portfolio Governance will work closely with the Portfolio Performance Lead to embed strong commercial and financial practices across the portfolio. Importantly the Manager, Portfolio Governance will build strong and productive relationships with university program managers to create a collaborative university program delivery community.

Reporting to the Director, UPMO, you will design and implement portfolio management processes including portfolio sequencing and scheduling, prioritisation, benefit tracking, risk reporting, portfolio analysis and insights, and program performance monitoring. You will collaborate with and coach a diverse range of stakeholders across UTS to accelerate strategic outcomes. As the Manager, Portfolio Governance you will have a passion and drive to deliver real and positive change at UTS. You will have experience in establishing new functions in complex organisations and you can evidence your influencing and collaboration skills with a positive impact across wide range of programs and projects. Importantly, you will have extensive experience working in enterprise, strategic or transformation PMO’s and/or providing financial and commercial advice to shape strategy delivery.
