The Role
Drive investment attraction and business growth in the business community!

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Unit Manager Investment Attraction and Business Growth who will lead a team of five to achieve the goals outlined in the Strong Local Economy strategy and Investment Attraction Plan.

This position will provide effective team leadership through direct involvement in the preparation and management of key projects in line with investment attraction and business growth and development.

The position will play a pivotal role in positively influencing Council’s reputation in the business community.

About you
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic leader who will be a champion of investment attraction and driving business growth.

You are tertiary qualified with extensive experience and achievement in economic development, business or commerce with particular success in investment attraction and employment creation.

You are committed to delivering outcomes for the community and achieve results whilst working collaboratively with a team and managing key relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
