Travel Consultant

Description:

An exciting opportunity for a skilled reservations or travel consultant. You will be working for a boutique travel agency, specialised in high-end international travel. You will consult directly with clients through email, phone, and some face-to-face enquiry. No day is the same as you will be dealing with a variety of destinations and products across cruise, airfare, land, and VIP travel arrangements.

As a Travel Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Assist clients with travel enquiry - Land, air, cruise, VIP and luxury travel experiences.
• Track and maintain bookings from start to finish.
• Manage information in all internal systems.
• Assist with maintenance of departmental databases using internal systems.
• Provide support on other projects and tasks as requested by department management.
• You will offer exceptional customer service to assist our guests with their holiday of a lifetime through our various communication platforms including over the phone, and via email.
