• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the business and increase revenue.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through market research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners such as travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and car rental companies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with travel partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management on business performance and growth opportunities.
