As an integral part of the Performance & Analytics ANZ Team, this role will focus primarily on DePuy Synthes, drive both process & system integration and optimization that deliver improved business outcomes through deployment of improved operational capabilities, efficiencies, and cost optimization based on robust modelling and analytics. This role takes a lead role in the development and implementation of operational transformation strategy through key projects for DPS and the development and delivery of operational enhancements.

Some Key Responsibilities Include

  • Playing a key role in the development and DELIVER Strategy & Continuous Improvement Plans and initiatives that will transform the DELIVER Business.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of the E2E Medical Supply Chain Strategy and ensure that operational, service and commercial dependencies are considered in the development of design solutions.
  • Lead the business installation and implementation of all major automation initiatives across the DPS Operations division.
  • Play a key role in designing Supply Chain solutions that deliver improved business outcomes- continually improve network operational outcomes via integration and optimization strategies to improve service and reduce cost.

You will be a natural leader with a commitment to support the strategic and operational functions of the DPS Operations team.

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in a technical field like Engineering or Supply Chain. An MBA will be highly regarded.
  • A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification as a minimum.
  • Project Management (PMP/CAPM, Prince, FPX) or Change Management qualifications as a minimum.
  • Proven track record of Supply Chain Operations experience in a global company, across multiple functions e.g. supply and demand planning, logistics (warehouse and transport).
