Role Responsibilities:
- Be the central point of contact for all creative resourcing needs
- Costing for jobs
- Manage Urgent jobs when needed
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to be able to manage multiple projects – each with its own schedule – at one time
- Keep in constant contact with team members to track job progress and notify AMs if any problems arise

- Be the key liaison between the creative teams and the account management teams and seek to resolve any resourcing issues that arise as expediently as possible
- Ensure allocation of briefs to creative teams takes into consideration capacity, skill and experience and ensure they have a balanced workflow
- Be a champion of the agency’s processes (briefing, reviews and approvals) to manage the account management expectations and our clients’ objectives
- Act as a conduit with other stakeholders e.g. Studio and Production to ensure all briefs are addressed in the most efficient fashion
- Be supportive to the creative teams and act as a sounding board should they have any concerns
- Build trust and strong relationships with account management teams and the creative teams
- Communicate frequently and appropriately with the necessary stakeholders with any concerns or updates that may jeopardise the integrity or timing of a job
- Be adaptable with technology and open to learning new skills and softwares to better manage the workflow as efficiently as possible
- Liaise with our interstate (and occasionally international) teams where necessary
Role Requirements:
- Agency experience (or similar)
- Has 3+ years experience in similar role
- Great people skills
- Organised and collaborative
- Process driven
- Great time management skills
