Kirrawee Trade Centre Mitre10 are currently seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join our team in a Trade sales front counter role.Previous sales experience using POS, Cash handling and excellent phone manners preferred.

Your ability to build strong relationships with customers within the building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role, having passion for outstanding customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous building industry experience an advantage.This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail with focus on continuous improvement.

 

What You Will Be Doing
 

• Liaising directly with customers to provide excellent customer service
• Counter sales, Quotes and Delivery orders
• Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email
• Stock replenishment, picking and packing orders
