Trade Counter Internal Sales

Description:

Quest Recruit Pty Ltd is looking for Trade Counter Internal Sales.

It now seeks an experienced trade counter sales professional to:

• Grow profitable business with existing customers;
• Convert first-time walk-in customers to repeat business clients;
• Help maximise branch sales and profit.

To achieve these goals, you will need:

• Excellent rapport building, relationship development and relationship management skills developed selling technical products;
• Effective sales and profit generating negotiation skills;
• The ability to plan and implement profitable customer sales growth strategies, working closely with the field sales team;
• Disciplined phone-based call cycle planning and implementation skills, documented in timely, accurate updates in a CRM database management system (Salesforce);
• Knowledge of data and electrical products sold to the building and construction industry (ideal, but not essential).
