About the Role

We currently have a great opportunity for a Consultant to join our Reward & Benefits, Consulting team in the Queensland, Melbourne or Sydney office.

As we look to grow and expand our business, this role will see you provide high quality total rewards consulting services as part of our rewards team to a diverse range of clients. As part of our team you will have opportunities to deliver across all of rewards, primarily broad based and executive rewards, and collaborating on opportunities in talent and organisation design using your job architecture/work measurement capabilities.

At Korn Ferry you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional IP and tools, build your knowledge, and play a key role in supporting our clients solve their people and talent challenges using your analytic and client focused skills.

In this role:

  • Partner with clients and senior colleagues to design and deliver end-to- end projects with a key focus on Total Rewards & Executive Rewards practice areas.

For example:

  • Rewards strategies for an organisation looking to list on the ASX in the near future.
  • Market job pricing for senior executives in multi-billion dollar enterprises.
  • Organisational job architecture implementation to level all organisational roles and develop clear career structures using job families.
  • Ad hoc market pricing of roles to help clients attract, retain and motivate their people.

About you

You will either have:

  • some experience in Total Rewards/ Executive Rewards, in a corporate setting delivering related services to management, or in a consultancy serving external clients as part of a team; or
  • consulting / analyst experience (3-5 years) in a corporate or consulting environment where you have made use of your Business, Finance, or Quantitative (Maths, Stats) degree to analyse data and provide customers (internal or external) with insight into what the data is saying and how the insights can help them solve their business problems.

We are looking for a good thinker and action orientated doer, able to juggle multiple and priorities with ease. You will have a natural ability to interpret, distil and communicate information appropriately for different audiences. As you will be working with clients as apart of a team, professionalism and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels will be vital to your success.
