Toolstore Coordinator

 

Description:

The Toolstore Coordinator is responsible for the accurate monitoring, servicing, repair and control of Liebherr’s range of specialist and general tooling.
This will include coordinating the maintenance and of all tooling equipment, liaising with suppliers and contractors and general store duties as required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the issuing and return of tooling and equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotation of tooling and equipment, for both repair and new purchase items.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, repair, calibration and service of tooling and equipment
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for services and required materials
  • Maintain the SDS register (in conjunction with department personnel)
  • Operate load shifting equipment
  • Monitor, report and control safety audits on tools and equipment
  • Maintain and update repair schedules and history for compliance / audit requirements
  • Preparing tooling for transport to sites
     

About You

  • experience in warehouse operations
  • Data entry - information maintenance/record keeping
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills to enable them to operate across multiple work groups.
  • Forklift and dogging qualifications desirable but not necessary
