The Timetabling Team within the Office of Student and University Planning are responsible for the design, production and management of the University’s timetables. The Timetabling Team also manage class registration and casual room bookings.
The Timetabling Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing the design, build and delivery of the University’s academic timetable, class registration and casual room bookings. With a focus on delivering services that enhance student’s learning experience, the Timetabling Coordinator manages the Timetabling Team and the corporate timetabling systems and associated databases and systems.

The role will be based at the Penrith (Kingswood) Campus with hybrid working options available.
To be successful in the role, you will have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and training, and:

• Demonstrated experience building and leading teams undertaking time-sensitive, multi-dimensional work in a complex environment.

• Demonstrated high-level of competence in the use of advanced database and timetabling software and systems, preparation of systems documentation and user training.

• Demonstrated high-level of analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to analyse complex data and prepare reports with actionable insights.

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to exercise initiative and influence stakeholders.
