Test Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies for validating data integration between upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead the ETL testing efforts to verify data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with upstream data providers to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and integration issues.
• Coordinate with downstream teams to ensure data meets quality and business requirements before handoff.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration and regression testing.
• Monitor ETL processes, perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies, and document test results.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ETL testing, data validation, and data integration workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL and other data querying languages for complex data valid
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools
• Knowledge of data quality metrics, data profiling, and data governance principles.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL processes, and testing management.
• Proven track record of managing data pipelines in complex, high-volume environments.
