Test Automation Specialist

Description:

We are looking for Automation Testers who will:

Develop and extend a complex suite of automation tests in C#.

Execute, monitor, and report on the automation tests and record defects.

Use Azure DevOps daily for managing user stories, test plans, source control, and release pipelines.

Contribute to the testing strategy and support the implementation of automation testing best practices.

Be a contributing member of a multidisciplinary team using agile and traditional delivery methods.

Promote web accessibility and test for conformance to web accessibility guidelines.

Essential criteria

1. Extensive programming experience with C# & .NET for large complex codebases that follows industry best practices and design patterns.

2. Experience writing automated regression tests for web applications using browser-automation frameworks such as Selenium.

3. Experience in producing test artefacts and contributing to test strategies. Experience with agile software development in a cross-functional team.

4. Demonstrated knowledge of web accessibility and testing to guidelines such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

5. Demonstrated ability to express yourself clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
