Territory Manager

Responsibilities;

• Manage and grow your assigned Territory in Melbourne
• Train, educate and on-board healthcare professionals on your product portfolio, both in theatre during surgery, on the ward and in service presentations
• Develop relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and other stakeholders in the public and private hospital system
• Plan each week's activities to maximise on customer meetings and sales opportunities
• Collaborate and support the broader team to help achieve common goals

The person;

• You will have innate drive and sales capabilities from a clinical environment
• A background in ICU, ward or theatre nursing, paramedic, with commercial savvy / sales experience, or an existing medical device rep looking to diversify their portfolio
• Good understanding of the public or private hospital environment in Melbourne
• Positive winning mindset, hunger to get out in the field and meet relevant stakeholders
• Resilience to work in a competitive market and persevere during tough times
• Want to be part of a team and have career aspirations based on your achievements
