Description:
The Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth in the Inner East territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Speak with a range of key decision-makers including building and property managers, C-suite level and/or Strata groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the Inner East Sydney market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Inner East territory as needed.
