Description:

The Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth in the Inner East territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Speak with a range of key decision-makers including building and property managers, C-suite level and/or Strata groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the Inner East Sydney market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Inner East territory as needed.
