  • Hunter, face to face new business development
  • Owning the Melbourne Metro area
  • Ability to generate new business pipeline opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective customers
  • Focusing on service lines including Mobile Patrols, Guarding and Alarm Monitoring
  • A key role in driving major market opportunities within the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Property markets.
  • Delivering the highest quality customer service across a large geographical area
  • Previous experience in hunting new business sales or similar position will be looked upon favourably. Security background is a bonus and looked at favourably but is not essential.
  • Experience in selling into facilities management, property, building managers and manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task will be seen as a strength
  • Ability to demonstrate maintaining and building relationships with a positive “can do attitude.”
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a proven record of meeting/exceeding set KPI’s and sales targets
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Previous experience in CRM systems is preferable (They use Pipedrive)
