Full Job Description

Beaumont People are currently seeking both a Finance Officer and an Accounts Payable officer. These are fantastic temporary opportunities to work within wonderful charitable organisations, supporting their teams with flexibility to work from home


Roles available:

  • Finance Officer - Full time for up to 6 months
  • Accounts Payable Officer - Full time for 2 months with the potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance, reporting and compliance requirements of the financial and finance related functions within the organisation
  • Timely and accurate accounting to enable monthly reporting
  • Accounts Payable and fortnightly billing
  • Payroll processing and reporting

About you:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in payroll, accounting and/or accounts payable
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as XERO, or Preceda
  • Experience in the Charity sector highly desirable
  • Be a motivated self-starter who is able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate start
