We are looking for Director within the Technology Consulting – Data and Analytics team. We are looking for a leader who has a clear vision for how data can transform organisational strategy with strong Data and Analytics experience within Health or broader Public Sector. You will need passion for a career in data analytics and consulting, where you will be instrumental in building relationships, defining and proposing future-fit solutions for complex data problems with clients

Hands on strategic view and leadership experience taking the team from concept to implementation.

• Lead the planning and budgeting for a portfolio of projects; mobilise and manage the project team.
• Participate and lead the proposal development across specific focus accounts working closely with other areas of EY
• Ability to build deep relationships across multiple levels within Government
• Scope data and analytics solutions to solve complex problems, have the ability to architect a new platform or rearchitect existing data platforms and ecosystems
• Understanding how different streams of activity on a single account interlink and how collectively support the client’s business objectives with a focus of an integrated approach to deliver a successful client outcome.
• Develop and maintain contact with stakeholders (internal and external) to organise and lead engagement teams, maximise program success, expand the current EY offering and enhance the quality of existing program(s)
• Develop a roadmap for the data and analytics function that clearly defines ownership and responsibility between the central data function and the functional groups.
• Lead the delivery strategy for the program, including a robust risk mitigation plan
• Provide professional and strategic leadership regarding best practice sales and delivery approach.
• Due to the nature of the client, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen.
