Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our Automated Infusion Systems (AIS) team. Reporting to the Team Leader Technical Services Workshop, you will assess, service and repair our range of infusion systems, as well as assist with clinical trials, demonstrations and implementations for customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Day to day electro-mechanical servicing and repairs of Automated Infusion Systems
• Configuring, checking and installing new pumps within customer accounts
• Assessing returned pumps and providing accurate quotations
• Providing internal and external customers for troubleshooting, diagnosis and technical support

About You

Your background will include:

• Experience supporting and servicing biomedical equipment in a health care environment
• Biomedical or Engineering qualifications would be highly regarded
• Flexible, team oriented approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail
