Description:
The Technical Solutions Consultant will work within the Delivery environment, organising and overseeing all customer-based IT implementations. They will develop quality processes and installation documentation to meet customer and business requirements. Additionally, they will manage all customer-based IT activities within the Service environment, developing processes to resolve incidents and problems in line with Service Level Agreements.
the Senior Technical Solutions Consultant works with new and existing partners to help reach their desired outcomes and accelerate time-to-value with our products. You will help evaluate partner needs, make recommendations based on best practices and firsthand experience, and carry out product configurations, in lockstep with Partners, to support their business processes. You will be assigned to a group of customers and responsible for making them successful in our product
You will come from a strong technical background, have the ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, and creative problem-solving skills, to use your knowledge, experience, and technical acumen to break through any barriers to success. In addition you will bring a consultative and entrepreneurial mindset .
In this role you are responsible for:
- To work with and follow the guidance of the Technical Solutions Team leader and departmental Manager.
- To act on a consultancy basis with all internal teams to aid with all site-related technical issues and incidents.
- To ensure relevant technical documentation is completed/updated for all internal teams and customers as required.
- Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the products
- Engaging with future clients to build partnerships and meet their objectives within the companies framework capability
- Managing both Clients and Stakeholders relationships through exceptional communication, insight and deadline management.
- Presenting, listening, demo’ing solutions, discussing ideas, solving problems for both new and existing clients
- Working closely with the Sales team to understand clients
- Defining the clients needs (through a true investigative process) and then documenting the Program Specification
- Working with the Product Team to scope customisation requests with API-first platforms
- Provide input and feedback to respond to RFP’s while coordinating the cross functional teams for their input.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of projects including management of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and development of project plans and overseeing delivery.
- Regular evaluation and retrospective analysis of client delivery performance; optimising and improving processes as required.
- Identify, monitor, and implement controls to mitigate key risks on the project.

The experience and/or qualifications you will have:
- A background in payments industry Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience
- A proven track record in delivery
- A proven track record in on-boarding
