This position is responsible for our critical power and precise cooling portfolio, focusing on Industrial end-users in verticals including Transportation, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Utilities, Water, Waste Water, and electrical contractors. Measurements of success will include; revenue and gross margin growth: market share, time in the field, and new initiatives development.

Specific Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Achieve revenue targets through the development, building and execution of sales plans while maintaining customer retention
  • Connect with broader Schneider Business and channel partners to drive new business acquisition and management of targeted electrical contractors
  • Support channel partners, System integrators by enabling them to take Critical Power and cooling to end-users.
  • Manage targeted list of End-users, Consortium and Electrical contractors in Vic and Tas
  • Negotiating and close projects by optimising product mix and profit margin
  • Campaigning in the market to gain insight and adjusting the offer to keep pace with market dynamics and competitor activity
  • Engage in demand generation by collaborating with marketing
     

We believe that the following attributes will be critical to your success:

  • Ideally, tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering with a business qualification advantageous
  • Demonstrated success delivering on sales targets whilst growing and maintaining the pipeline
  • Knowledge of critical AC/DC power system designs (UPS) and precision cooling for critical applications
  • Ideally, solid experience in the electrical/mechanical contracting industry and consultative technical sales
