About the Requirement

Talentplicity Consulting Services Delivery Team is growing rapidly. Due to a high-profile program, we require a Technical Program Manager to lead a team of 3-4 Project Managers through governance, compliance and delivery timelines of this key portfolio of initiatives. To be successful with this requirement you will display the following skills and experience:

•  5+ years hands-on Technical Program Management experience managing program of work valued up to 8-10 million dollars
• Professional experience managing governance and compliance across multi-stream programs
• Previous experience managing security and compliance-related networks focusedprograms
• Using Agile methodology, you are expected to manage planning the overall program and monitoring progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects.
• Managing the program budgets, you will be responsible for overall risks and issues that arise over the program life cycle, as well as devising mitigation responses.
• Coordinating the projects within the program and managing their interdependencies.
• Extensive experience reporting directly to a C level stakeholders
• Experience within the Telecommunication Domain would be highly beneficial 
• Experience working with Agile teams working closely with development teams.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must
