In this role you will be a key team member in implementing our strategic Learning and Development initiative with a key focus on planning, designing and developing digital learning communities.

The position is required to be forward thinking, and enhancing BlueScope’s current approach against best practice and recommending changes to increase delivery options as well as increase learner engagement. The role will work cross collaboratively within BlueScope globally and engage in key internal stakeholder discussions to ensure fit for purpose learning communities.

The role reports into Organisational Development and is a key team member of our Learning Experience platform implementation team, but more importantly work across other areas of our business to achieve a human centred approach to learning and application.

Your personal brand is reflected through your demonstrated skills in managing or administering an LXP platform.

It goes without saying that you'll be a first-class communicator – a true professional with demonstrated consultation and coaching skills. Facilitation skills would be considered favourably.

You have a strong client service focus and pride yourself on your ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a broad range of both stakeholders whilst meeting key project deliverables. Your team work is exceptional, enabling flexible working priorities to ensure that the team delivers.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

• Administration level experience with learning technologies (LMS, LXP)
• Technical trouble shooting and creative problem-solving skills
• The ability to create a range of engaging learning experiences underpinned by adult learning and human-centred design principles
• Agile in approach, whilst meeting key deadlines enabling quality community-based learning.
• Design skills with ability to use Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
• Experience in instructional design / adult learning principles
• Quality verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve industry led outcomes
• Project Management experience would be desirable
