Description:
This role will be responsible to scope, document and implement Salesforce Technical solutions to our People Pay Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead client technical/integration scoping and discovery sessions
- Develop Statement of Work Documentation and technical diagrams based on discovery sessions and communicate the solution to the customer
- Design solutions using Salesforce Platform declarative configuration
- Design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to client orgs
- Work with multiple teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solution
- Perform functional testing of solutions
- Train various stakeholders on custom salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot platform related issues in client organisation
Must Have
Qualifications:
- Background with technical architecture and security concepts (integration patterns, architecture styles, data security)
- Relational databases and data modelling
- Data transformation and migration using salesforce migration tools.
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
- Results oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
- The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds.
- Aptitude to understand functional business processes for Payroll and HCM.
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure and at different levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
