Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. You will have experience on a HR Cloud based SaaS solution and will understand business problems and opportunities in context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals while supporting compliance with related legislation, policies and standards.
Your background

• Solid end to end Business Analysis skills to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate requirements and change requirements
• Solid HCM/Human Resources (HR) cloud based SaaS implementation project experience
• Strong understanding of HR functional and employment lifecycle processes
• Consultative approach liaising and problem solving between the Business, Vendors, IT, Functional BA’s and the System Integrator
• Collaborative approach with problem solving between IT, Business and Functional BA’s and the System Integrator
• Strong communication, engagement and relationship management skills
• Self-starter who is consultative and who thrives in a collaborative environment

Your team
As part of the broader Information Technology Department you will be part of a collaborative team of Business Analysts actively working across technical infrastructure projects responsible to the Corporate Services Group to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.
