Our client, an exciting and strategic IT Services Provider are looking to bolster their innovative team with a technically minded Junior Service Delivery Manager / Technical Account Manager. This is a great opportunity, looking for a talented tech focused person, who is looking to work closely with clients around their IT infrastructure objectives and strategic implementation.

Our client operates as a trusted and valuable partner to their customers as their infrastructure (cloud or on premise) aligns with their businesses objectives and an ever changing environment of increasing governance, risk and compliance considerations.

To secure this exciting role you’ll need to be innovative, motivated, show exceptional capability and be highly organised. You’ll possess the ability to be one step ahead, have attention to detail, be flexible, and be able to multi-task with a keen desire for continued learning.

Key skills and experience

  • A background in technical or 1st line support is well regharded
  • Ability to manage day to day operational outcomes through optimal workflow management
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet or Connectwise is highly regarded
  • Exposure to the management of resources, service improvement, service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, with a “can-do” attitude who doesn’t need to be micro-managed
