We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Team Leader Business Engagement to guide our team within the Supply Chain Services division. This role is all about fostering excellence and innovation in procurement through the adoption of best practices and processes for the business.

You will;
 

• Lead the Business Engagement team to deliver high-quality services and initiatives across the business
• Contribute to planning and strategy development for procurement services
• Manage and report on the performance of the Materials Procurement function, contributing to setting KPIs, and shaping annual and long-term business plans
• Drive transformation, improvement, and innovation initiatives
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and collaboration across divisions
