Desired Skills And Experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA membership
• A passion for working with people with a disability - we love what we do and only hire staff who have that same drive
• Experience working in a community setting is always a big plus but not a deal-breaker - we just need someone with experience working with disabled and non-verbal people
• A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly INSPIRING them to be great
• It is NOT a NDIS role where your sole priority is billables - this culture kills the joy of helping people, which is why people dedicate their lives to working with disabled people in the first place
