Being in the Team Leader Liveability & Compliance Admin Role you will lead a dynamic administration team who are focused on delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will provide excellent administration support to the Livability and Compliance team, effectively responding to requests, complaints and enquiries from residents, Councillors and staff, over the phone, email and on the front service counter.

Other duties will include:

  • Research, analyse and develop best practice recommendations for process improvements and innovation
  • Supporting the professional development of Administration Officers, and motivate them to achieve operational and strategic objectives
  • Providing administration and strategic support to the manager by understanding the functions of Liveability and Compliance
  • Anticipate and respond to customer demand, providing a high level customer centric service to internal and external stakeholders
