About The Role

Our Team Leaders are responsible for overseeing and managing employees in their daily activities, including safety, productivity and performance. This position will provide front-line supervision and support to the manager in confirming planned works are executed safely, on time and on budget. Ensuring the delivery to the agreed plan is efficient, maintenance records are updated and accurate and the business is working to optimal productivity levels.

Skills And Experience

• Trade qualified
• Planning/tracking labour hours
• Maintenance and management of work schedules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Human resource management
• Work well in both a team environment and unsupervised, as required
• Knowledge and commitment to ensure a safe workplace
