Team Assistant

This essential role supports Consultants in delivering Search & Selection and Executive Contracting assignments. This role also assists with operational projects across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Manage diaries, schedule, and book meetings
  • Prepare and format reports for client presentations
  • Coordinate background checks, psychometric testing, and qualifications checks
  • Prepare letters of assignment and onboarding packs
  • Collect and process timesheets and serve as the candidate point of contact during their assignments
  • Prepare invoices, reconcile consultant credit cards, and process mileage and personal expense claims
  • Maintain and tidy the database, conduct monthly reporting, and manage document templates
  • Maintain their LinkedIn presence, update website content, and load microsites on the website
  • Assist Head of Operations on various projects
