An exciting opportunity for a Teaching and Learning Officer has become available within the Business Services and Quality team at Swinburne University of Technology!

The Teaching and Learning Officer will play an important role in ensuring that the university is compliant with University and Regulatory processes. Working closely with Coordinator, Teaching and Learning Support the successful applicant will ensure that there is effective communication and transfer of information between the department and other areas of the university, such as Student Administration, People and Culture, Finance, and many other areas.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate with multiple networks and channels across the university to ensure streamline access to information and resources
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise multiple tasks, work under pressure and display attention to detail while following tasks through to completion
