Through effective teacher collaboration, teachers work in teams within a co-teaching framework to deepen and transfer their learning through recurring cycles of inquiry, to accurately diagnose student learning needs, and respond by changing what and how they teach and assess.

The successful candidate will be responsible for? providing the delivery of innovative, collaborative learning experiences connecting students to collaborative learning activities, and providing a continuum of learning across a hybrid learning model. Teachers at Sydney Childrens Hospital School are required to embed the principles of visible learning, learning intentions, success criteria and feedback, embedded across classroom teaching and learning programs and student SMART goals within personalised learning and support plans.
