Specific Selection Criteria
Approval to teach Visual Art and Photography and Digital Media. Willingness to teach Music and Visual Design.
Capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic Creative and Performing Arts faculty and develop high quality teaching and learning programs and assessments that address the diverse needs of all learners.
Capacity to enhance and improve the learners’ artistic ability and their appreciation for the Arts, through innovative classroom practices.
Ability to employ reflection and feed-forward practices to ensure the continuous development of literacy and numeracy skills, for students to achieve their individual learning goals.
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff, families and the wider community.
