We are looking for a motivated and creative Chinese Language Teacher who is committed to their teaching vocation to continue this program at Infant Jesus School.
Selection Criteria
- Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education
- Be an exemplary, enthusiastic educator who plans for and implements teaching programs that improve student outcomes
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and differentiated learning in Chinese Language
- The ability to teach Chinese Language from Year One to Year Six
- Competent use of digital technologies to enhance learning
- Demonstrate excellent planning, classroom management and organisational skills
- Understand the importance of developing positive relationships with children, staff and parents and can demonstrate evidence of such actions
- Work collaboratively with all staff.
Qualifications Required
- Undergraduate degree in a specific discipline with a Graduate Diploma of Education or
- Bachelor of Education - Majoring in Chinese Language (Mandarin) or
- Bachelor of Arts - Majoring in Chinese Language
